His experience and knowledge to deliver the highest quality independent property Asset Management Services on a national /  international basis is second to none. He is currently overseeing the development of our “Willow Farm” Retirement Village in Essex & our property developments in Spain. Steve Barmann,LL.B (Hons) Legal Consultant Steve Barmann has a background in Private Client and Wealth Management as has had over 30 years’ experience in the law. He started as Practice Manager in a law firm, which he built up to six offices and was the main “rainmaker” for the firm. His specialist legal areas have been Wills; Trusts and Probate plus Wealth Management and advice to clients and then in Property matters both here in the UK plus Europe/USA. After the partners split up the practice Steve became a law consultant to both law firms and companies within his specialist areas. He has worked for many years as legal consultant to ‘In Law LLP’ based in London where he deals with legal advice and cases for a multitude of clients. He has worked for charities namely Age UK and MIND plus for companies including IMFC Limited; Will Drafters Ltd; Denning Law; Just Wills; Cornerstone Wills and Clarity Finance/Wealth Management to name just a few. He has assisted many law firms within their Private Client departments. His wealth of experience and knowledge within these areas of work is now given to St Joseph’s Asset Management.
