The purpose of the formal enquiry is to seek the Council Officers formal opinion as to the potential for a future application for full planning permission for a Retirement Village of 60 Park Homes, with associated Access Road and infrastructure. The site forms part of Willow Farm, being a grouping of residential caravans, stables, agricultural sheds and three field enclosures, set off Braintree Road, south- east of Great Dunmow, Essex.
